This is wonderful. Beautiful white bearded iris, and I get the face on the woman. I don't hate flowers, but they are work, aren't they? Whether they are in the garden or in a vase.
This really struck my funny bone, Deann. It's a quote I've not heard before and it truly popped my eyes out when I read it was real. Isn't it just amazing that the quintessential queen of flowers could say that? And more to the point, that you managed to illustrate it so beautifully for your 'dark imagination' challenge. Wo.
