ON THE STREETS OF LARADO... OMM's THIS & THAT CHALLENGE...

"If we want to make meaning,
 we need to make art.
Write, draw, doodle, paint, take pictures,
 collage, knit, sculpt, decorate...
it doesn’t matter.
As long as we’re creating,
we’re cultivating meaning."
~
 Brené Brown

So many things to look at and enjoy. I especially love the girl hugging the crocodile, and the old town. And your text is so true - so many ways to express ourselves! I've done all those things listed except sculpting. I don't want to make sculptures, that's not in my toolbox, I don't think. But who knows what the future holds for us?

Oh Deann, THIs is so STUNNING & GORGEOUS, like every time.
I find the quote perfectly fitting. (For me, though, I'm not at all sure if what I'm doing is “art”... but it's always great fun).
Apart from my snake phobia, I also don't like crocidiles and the like at all (completely incorrect: unless as a handbag and/or shoes...) I hope the hug is good for the lady!
Best wishes from my corner to you
(Another day with only grey ...)

What a great response to the challenge - it's definitely a whole lot of this and that, combined to create a cohesive whole that illustrates Brene Brown's quote perfectly. From the clown to the dinosaur and crocodile to the frog and the old western street, you've created a scene any artist would love to enter. Well done, my friend! xo
