WATER JOY... OMM's WATER CHALLENGE...

“Water does not resist. Water flows.
When you plunge your hand into it,
all you feel is a caress.
Water is not a solid wall, it will not stop you.
But water always goes where it wants to go,
and nothing in the end can stand against it.
Water is patient.
Dripping water wears away a stone.
Remember that, my child.
Remember you are half water.
If you can't go through an obstacle,
go around it. Water does.”

Deann, this looks like a hot big city day. And your quote from Magaret Atwood is just spot on.
Have a great rest of the week and a wonderful weekend!
Best wishes

This is a welcome sight. Great art. (It's very hot where I am in CT US.)

Deann, this painting is filled with the joy of childhood. I've always wanted to play in one of those water 'sprinklers' - it look so much fun. And your quote, is, as always, bang on. I'm loving the thought of going around an obstacle if one can't go through it.
